Personal service and personalised pricing
All of our cleaning estimates for full and partial house cleaning are prepared by an actual human! Shocking, we know. But we do this to give you a fair and considered price that's specifically tailored to your home and your needs.
While many cleaning companies use over-inflated 'flat rates' based only on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, we don't believe this is honest or accurate. After all, there are so many other variables that effect pricing. Like the fact that not all four bedroom homes are the same size, or maintain the same level of cleanliness.
If you'd rather be treated fairly and only pay for the services you receive, get an estimate today.
Full & Partial House Cleaning Pricing
Pricing is a two part process. First, we ask you to complete our online estimate form which will give you an indication of price. Final pricing will be established once your assigned cleaner has completed the first clean.
When preparing your estimate, we take into account:-
-
The overall size of your home in square metres
-
How much of the home you’d like cleaned
-
Any omissions to our standard inclusions
-
How many people occupy your home
-
Whether you have indoor pets
The final cost to clean your home will depend on several factors including:-
-
How well your home has been kept
-
Whether there is clutter impeding our workflow
-
How much furniture and ornamentation (dusting) there is
-
Whether there are finishes such as high shine floor tiles that require additional work
-
Any add-ons or deep cleaning tasks you’ve requested.
Using some of our current clients as an example, our pricing starts at $120 for a 2 bedroom unit and ranges up to $265 for a large two storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with media room. The best way to know how much it will be to clean your home is to get an estimate.
Pricing for our other services
Add-on services, Deep Cleaning services and Declutter and Reorganise services are all charged at $60 an hour. We do not charge flat rates per task so you only pay for the actual time it takes us to complete the job.
